Many of our pre approved applicants are first time home buyers and request a local Realtor to assist them in finding the perfect home.

We do not sell home buyer leads, but are happy to refer clients to you that come to our website and request assistance with finding a great home! There is absolutely no cost to be partner in our program.
When you become a Realtor Partner with USDA Mortgage Source you will receive exclusive pre-approved home buyers that visit our site for USDA, FHA and VA financing. When filling out the information form please be sure to indicate that you are a Realtor and also include all your complete contact information (website, etc) and the cities you service in the "additional info" section. You must be an producing and full time Realtor. We currently have a high demand for realtors across the nation as of 2016
