HELP STOP THE MISINFORMATION:
“Rural Development is in business. We are presently reviewing loan packages and issuing Conditional Commitments subject to the forthcoming allocation from budget. Many lenders are continuing to fund the loans to close while others have stopped taking new applications until the Agency’s allocation has been received. See the recent newsletters released in September. We anticipate receipt of the allocation available very, very soon”
Please note: our partnering lenders have, and will continue to fund USDA loans in Florida WITHOUT interruption while we wait for the new allocation of USDA funds as stated above by Rural Development.
USDA Home Buyers please note:
If you have a USDA loan in process now with a lender that stopped funding and that loan has already been fully underwritten and shipped to Rural Development for final approval, it is too late to switch to a different lender that is still funding the program. You best bet is to wait it out as the allocation of new funds should be coming soon and your lender will resume funding.
Buyers that have only been “pre approved” or “pre qualified” ( loan has not been fully underwritten ) can switch and take application with a new funding USDA lender. Contact us, we can help.
